Anthony Place Senior Residences is a new construction of a 56-unit, 4-story affordable senior ILF. The building will be approximately 78,834 gsf consisting of a unit mix of 42 one-bedrooms and 14 two-bedrooms. The ground floor will consist of covered parking for 28 cars, a community room, and a variety of supportive spaces. The site contains an existing bank drive-thru structure that will be minimally modified along with additional surface parking for the senior building.
