The Kansas City Intergenerational Community is preliminary planning and development for a mixed-income neighborhood located in Kansas City, MO. The new plan builds on existing connections within the community and consists of affordable senior housing, mixed senior and intergenerational infill housing, and a new intergenerational village and community hub. Sustainable, natural, and low-maintenance landscapes will facilitate passive storm water management throughout the new neighborhood.
Phil B. Curls Manor is the first phase of the Kansas City Intergenerational Community.
