Park Boulevard, a new community next door to IIT and US Cellular Field is on the site of CHA’s infamous Stateway Gardens Development. It is one of the highest densities CHA Plan for Transformation development sites. Park Boulevard offers mixed use of low-rise retail/condominium buildings, townhomes, single-family residences, duplexes, and three-, five- and six-flats. A total of 1,316 homes will be introduced in four phases, starting with 311 in Phase I.  LBBA was responsible for a 36 units mixed use building on the corner of State and 35th as well as a 4 unit CHA townhouse building located on 35th Place.
